This is a commission for el3ctrophr34k, this is his main character Plague Rat in a Toy Soldier's uniform for Doctor Steel's army, saluting the soon-to-be Emperor of the World while brain-washing you with propaganda.
Overall, I enjoyed this one, this was pretty simple, which made it fun. The hat bothers me though, I don't like the idea of hiding the character's face like that.
