Yeah, new carpets in the clock/dining room and sitting room. The clock/dining room had some distasteful robin's egg blue carpet that had dog/cat piss stains in it, and the sitting room had a sickly brown colour. Both were extremely disgusting to take out, and I had to call the county to come dispose of them. Bye-bye 200 dollars for hazardous material disposal. :(
But none the less, the new carpets are nice, and I got runners down on it to prevent them from moving. And yes, my step dad helped me, because I am not even THAT good at carpet laying.
