Well, she isn't human at all, but as you can see, Celiah got a human look. :3

She's a member of the Drayah people, who got a bunch of magical abilities and fighting skills in a balanced way. Long time ago they were allied with dragons all over Arguma, but after the Drayah became pretty egoistic and addicted to power, dragons quit the alliance but left a bit of magic to them, which was passed on for thousands of years. Cel was born many generations after that incident.

Whatever, I wasn't sure, if I should submit art like this on FA. Since I found out there's a human section in here and Celiah looves dragons much I changed my mind.
