He looks bored. There was talk of "Wolf People" showing up in the wilds of Colorado and wide open spaces around Arizona. They were described as very large, human sized wolves that would often stand on their hind legs and even chase people in a two legged, running gait. Most stories ended with these creatures completely disappearing, kind of like "Bigfoot".
