#3 deity of my Cthulhu-mythos character portfolio: Shub Niggurath.
She (yes, they say she is goddes. I wonder if shes the only goddes one in H.P. Lovecraft's mythos...) is my personal favourite. And jeesh, this picture took ages.. All those tentacles and... abscesses..
Shubby are called also "The Black Goat of the Woods with a Thousand Young". Shubby is goddes of sexuality and fruitfulness. Thats why there are many hints to satanic and fertility symbols of satanic goat and baphomet.
I'm planning to draw next the Dagon. Still waiting for that one coming.
