Being a male with a vagina clearly has it problems with Lorem, not mainly physically but mentally since he sees himself as a freak from being abandoned due to it. It was clear he was different and made his life much harder since he had to deal with the problems that came from having it but also made him worry since he shouldn't have been born with it. Sometimes he got scared when he felt pain or anything unusual down his private region, becoming scared since before there was no one to tell or go to and had to deal with the fear of something might be wrong with him. But ever since he got adopted, Amber told him if he had any problems to come to her.
This is what he did when he felt any discomfort in his region and wen to his loving mother for help. Of course, Amber being worried for her son would take him into a private room and check to make sure it was looking healthy. This time there was only a small bump on the inside which was clearly the source of his discomfort, probably from too much friction. After her check-up, she reassured her baby it looked fine and mention the small bump and decided it would be best to go to the doctors just in case.

dragon_fire90 I think she did such an adorable job. AGAIN no hateful or rude comments, these are my characters and my babies, this is meant for a concerned son and loving mother.

Well, yeah, its awkward, but is the right thing to do.
Maybe this is a bit personal, but my hole family is really good caring on stuff like that; an uncle of mine lost his child because he got cancer down there, but he was so shy to tell it, that, the moment he spoke about it is was already to late; afther that, both my parents, and my other uncles and aunts that had childrens checked on us, and told us to be open when we felt something were weird or wrong with our bodies.
