My very first digital drawing using photoshop and a tablet! It is god fucking awful. LMAO. But, for my first try, I've gotta say I'm pretty pleased. Hopefully this is the beginning of a new era for me. I'm really trying to get my ass cracking and finally learn digital art. It's going to be hard as hell and the learning curve is steep, but I think that having the option to do work digitally is going to open up so many possibilities for me and, hopefully, make it possible for me to do more art more often. I'm really excited about the whole thing and I'm looking forward to getting proficient with this. Any advice is really and truly appreciated!! I need all the help I can get because I don't know shit at this juncture. XD

Awww...cute! n.n Monk is kind of an asshole, though, and she's abrasive with strangers. Probably might explain why her record store isn't doing as well as it could be! LMAO. The amount of shit you can do in photoshop is unreal. And so is the amount of shit you need to remember in order to do all that shit. XP Thanks so much again! <3

I remember my first transition into digital art. It was freaking rough at first. All my shit looked kinda' shotty. But this looks fantastic for a first try! One of the things I love about digital art is playing around with line textures and weights. I know you'll find something that works for you. Or maybe you'll be like me and continue experimenting for the rest of eternity. Either way I'm happy to see Monk again and I can't wait to see what else you do with your new photoshop and tablet. If you need any advice, let me know!

Omigosh I know it’s been so long!! ;0; Thank you so much, gurrrrrl!!! That means so much coming from you. I admire your work so much and I can definitely use all the advice I can get! XD I don’t know how you get your lines looking so smooth and gorgeous or how you incorporate photos as textures or put your digital drawings into a realistic photo background and make it look believable. Or how you blend your colors without having to use that awful smudge tool. Lmao! You’re freaking talented as hell and I appreciate your art that much more now that I’ve experienced firsthand how hard working digitally is! ;0; But I’m determined to make it work! Things have been crazy around here since Avery and I got married, but it’s all good stuff! We’re currently in the process of getting his taxes sorted out so we can get a mortgage loan and start house shopping! I can’t wait to finally have a home of our own and be able to get our dog at long last! LoL. How is everything with you?! I hope you’re doing great, love! <3

this absolutely doesn't look like a first attempt, this looks SO GOOD!!! I don't know digital art yet either, I'm sorry I have no idea what kind of advice to offer!...you are in my telegram chat tho and there's a bunch of digital artists in there so you're free to pop in and ask advice or crits whenever <3
