Nice! Could use a little rounding in his shaping, but what the heck, this is Minecraft. (Still, I've seen people do great organics with far fewer blocks - why not try working on that? One thing to keep in mind, as MagmaMusen puts it: "Symmetry kills life!")

Hmm, you could use dynamite to carve out a hole deep enough to build / show off the rest of him?

Why not just use the shovel and/or pick axe so there would be no risk to the torso?

On a related note, Doma, you could also use the pick axe to recollect some of the internal blocks (if you haven't already). Maybe start with his ears and/or nostrils so you could also make a living space inside his head.

Which, if you think about it, would be a fitting reverse-metaphor. IE: In real life, Warren lives in your head, but in Minecraft, he can return the favor and let you live in his.

Back on topic, I asked Doma if he'd ever seen the giant exploding Homer and you could hear his tone drop as he confirmed that he had, so I get the impression that mentioning TNT in reference to the Warren statue is not a good idea (FYI Doma, I would never do something like that; on a server like that, I'd be that guy that disappeared for months until they found his evil layer, and on a server like yours, I'd build a big Deva Xenelis statue with a nether portal in her pouch ^^;).
