What would it cost to add a background?
And how busy are you right now? Or in other words, how long do you expect it would take to complete the commission? My boyfriend just got a reference for his sona, and I'd like to get him something by Christmas if that's possible.

I have an idea for an East Vs West loli style, with my friends koi-dragon dressed up in the Japanese Loli style (big frilly dress, giant bow in the hair, cute shoes etc) and my catgirl dressed up in the American loli style (daddy tube top, pigtails, lolipop, etc).
Also is there an extra fee for artwork use licensing? Like If I wanted to put it on tshirts. (Your signature would still be on the image, and you'd be fully credited.) I ask because I've made a few shirts with other artwork I've gotten done, some artists are ok with it, others aren't, and a few charged a bit extra.
