yes, I saw it. and I find it unlikely. not sure how you call that an anubis head when anubis is a dog-jackal not a dragon with a brick head.

o,o i mean its how i had decided to draw him, like a fluff dragon dogo, honest and truthful. heck if i had known your doods existed i might have drawn him more different so as not to step on any toes, but like i said in this fandom with everyone creating new species left and right and claiming the right to them thats a hard thing to do nowadays - ':) heh, but i think i see the one you mean on your page too. while the color scheme are similar, yours was posted a whole 2 and a half months after i had drew him up, so hes not a carbon copy, just an unwitting twin,

ive always found theses colors to go beautifully together, and when he was feeling down about his dragon not getting as much love in the community, i revamped him a bit, so hes just a fluff dragon with some dogy tweaks, i didnt wana go Full blown anubis so i morphed the 2 as best i could,

aWell again like I said, first time seeing them so I apologise for the accidental twins x3 but I'm neither A, trying to claim the drake species, B, didnt use any of your defining features such as horns, raptor claws, the way the tail fluffs are, etc, so it really is just an anubian fluff dragon that has the unfortunate design of have a similar head shape to your drakes, which are essentially fancier fluff dragons. so any head shape similarities i say we take up with the fluff dragon species as a whole. because theirs tons of them with head shapes similar to your drakes XD its like when you learn that there's a person out there who looks just like you, because everyone has a twin somewhere, you cant tell them to not look like you, im not trying to claim any species rights or design rights or anything, its just a dragon that i drew up to my mates specifications that unfortunately happens to - unwittingly be similar to your species, similarities doesn't equate to me trying to steal anything, as i said before,, i had no idea your species was a thing, so to reiterate , i apologise for any unknowing design similarities, if it displeases you so much, i can see about changing his design a bit? but i still dont see why its an issue, i wasn't trying to steal anything XD, so i apologise for not double checking the entire fandom and searching through every species in existence before drawing him up :3 which to be fair, would be very hard to do

I wouldn't really worry about it. I don't really see anything unique about said species and would be akin to claiming the first red fox character can be the only one and all other are trying to steal the character

Doesn't look much like yoyr species at all when you take a look at the full charactwr sheets of said species and compair it too day&nights character sheet, sorry but its no where near a "carbon copy" for one the face of day&night's character is slimmer than your species, 2, doesn't have horns, 3, no raptor claws. So you kinda started drama over nothing buddy.
