I'm a New Yorker at heart, and New York is really the best place to hear some great music.
Whether it be at a Broadway show, an outdoor rock concert in Central Park, or the jazz club Birdland, you're getting your kicks no matter where you go.

Never been there myself, but I've seen it. It was named after jazz saxophonist Charlie Parker, who was nicknamed Bird.

I was born in New York state (Sleepy Hollow) but I've lived in Connecticut for a quarter-century (since I was five) and I like taking the train to NYC to do stuff, whether it be day trips or night concerts.
