Well, here's the first clickety-clack review in quite a while...

My history: class 40 was a diesel I saw many times throuout my life. First in the episode bowled out, then in leokimvideo's mad bomber (under the name: Andy, which is what I call him) and in the TCC before it bombed. It's surprising how a character that only appeared in one episode can be so memorable, but it happened, multiple times I might add. As for how I got this particular model, I ended up buying it along with big city engine at a Walmart in my old town.

Pros:
1: the face is very accurate despite this engine not being made by anyone in years.
2: there are so many molded details on this model.
3: I like how the bufferbeams and the back of this model are painted.

Cons:
1: I feel that this model is a tad too short.
2: the bogies aren't moveable, which is very disappointing considering that diesel 10 exists in this range too.

Final score: 8/10 great model with few flaws.
