joey used to be in my town in the GC version and he was one of my favorites along with ed, biff, eunice, chow and gruff... but.. HE MOOOVEED. D: as everyone else did. i hope he moves into my town on either city folk or wild world now.

gaah i got his bottom wrong, he wears a diaper..or.. or something. @_@ but i drew it like a fanny pack thing. oh well, i kinda like it better this way.
