I’d always known I was different.
Well, not always-always — only since I was about fourteen. That’s when it had started: the craving for human flesh, the thoughts in my head that weren’t coming from me. And the changing, too. Yeah, I’d known I was different, but it wasn’t a good kind of different.
When you’re standing over your family’s mangled, bloody bodies, it’s hard to be happy about it, y’know?

Today seems to be a day for finishing old sketches, huh? XD I'd had this picture sitting in SAI for ages, almost done. (By almost done, I mean I had to color the behemoth and, like, Avalbane's eyes. And put in a background. As in, not much, and I dunno why the hell it took me as long as it did to finish it. XD; )
Anyway, (re)introducing...Avalbane~ She's the newest main character of mine, starring in a story I just started last semester. (It's the story "Robert"'s from, too.) And yep, she turns into the behemoth, which is the GRRANGRY thing that looks like it's about to tusk her.
But please don't judge the behemoth! Sometimes it looks cute. ;~;

I actually did not come to say that. ^ I came here to say that this looks really good, and I am glad that you finally finished it. Behemoth is such great love. <3 And I like how you have her like, facing off with her other side. Very nice. Also the blue bandaid caught my attention, btw, and I bet there is a story to it. :p

Yeah, the composition was the first thing I thought about with this picture. XD I mean, I didn't think about it for too long, but I kind of wanted that them vs. each other look.
And YES. I'm still not quiiiite sure what the significance is, but there's definitely some sentimental value attached to it. XD
