Oh hey, I still exist!

Sorry that this story took so long to write out- between work, theatre, and whatever passes for a social life, I haven't had a lot of time to do any writing. But anyway I hope the wait is worth it for the....maybe 2 people who'll see this story! (?

Knowing me, I've probably accidentally left typos in this- I try to catch them before I upload but often I miss one or two (or a thousand).

Aaaanyway, this story sets up another couple of the many, many, many, MANY characters that'll appear in this saga- Tar, a musician by trade, and a mysterious Cat who will be named later on.

By my current count, I'm looking at 17 characters, each of which will take part in one another's various arcs as things progress.
