Birds were chirping, the sunlight surrounding me.
It was nice out, and what a place to rest~
Taking a look around, the grassy field around me was flourishing under the rays of the warm sun. There was no one around but me and the birds in a nearby tree.
Smiling, I went back to laying on the ground, looking up at the sky.
Such tranquility.
“Huh?”
It could have just been my imagination, but I thought I just saw something twinkle at the corner of my eye.
As I looked in the direction, all of a sudden, there was a large, bright, flash of light, and-
I blinked, quickly closing my eyes again as the sun peeking from the window was shining directly at my eye.
That wasn’t very nice.
A yawn left my mouth, and I tried to remember what I was just dreaming about, but I seemed to forget instantly the event that took place right before I opened my eyes.
“Well, that was some dream.” I said with a small smile. “Come on Aladar, you gotta find yourself a guy like that dragon.”
However, it wasn’t until my senses had returned to me that I realized that someone was holding me, as well as snoring.
My ears shot up.
“It… Wasn’t a dream...” I said, memories of the previous night rushing back, and speaking of rushing, there was blood rushing to my cheeks when I realized that my head was pressed against the dragon’s pecs.
Delga’s pecs.
I was almost excited.
Ever have one of those dreams where you wake up and get disappointed that events weren’t real? This was basically me waking up, thinking it was a dream, but it really wasn’t, and Delga was actually with me!
My soft smile turned into a silly little grin.
“Okay, Al, calm down.”
This time I whispered that, just to make sure I didn’t wake the sleeping dragon.
As much as I wanted to stay in bed and nuzzle Delga, I did have things to do.
But first, I want to make him some breakfast!
Though we already had first impressions seeing how we were sleeping together, we were a bit out of it yesterday, so I think I should do my best to make him feel more welcome.
With a giggle, I ever so gently escaped from the dragon’s embrace. I put on some clothes, and made my way downstairs to prepare some eggs, bacon, and hot chocolate for the both of us.
It was way too early for me to be thinking such thoughts, but I haven’t slept with another guy since Lewis, and that was about three years ago. I kinda forgot how nice it was, and man, as much as liked it with Lewis, Delga was bigger than him.
I kinda dozed off there for a second, but returned to my senses at the sound of popping from the meal I was cooking.
“Okay Aladar, calm down, again.”
I didn’t really want to jump to anything, but I think I might have a crush on Delga.
Letting out a breath, I mentally composed myself from squealing over the fact I had just slept with an incredibly handsome guy.
“You only met him yesterday. It’s too early to think of those things; you gotta get him settled into this world before making any advancements.”
Huh, right. Delga came from another world, and from what I gathered yesterday, that world didn’t seem to treat Delga all that well.
I really shouldn't come onto him too soon. He said something about people selling him out to others and passing their troubles onto him. I didn’t really get a good idea for any specifics, but lord only knows what happened to him back there.
I should take things slow and let him do things at his pace here.
Guess that also means I probably shouldn't ask too many questions to him just yet. As much as I want to know all about him, there will most likely be things he would rather not want to talk about, despite how curious I am.
I shook my head, getting some plates and cups out, as well a little tray for the dragon’s meal to go on. The eggs and bacon were both cooked; a nice aroma wavering in the air. The water was boiling, so I grabbed a couple packs of the hot chocolate and mixed it with water, adding a little secret ingredient, which was a scoop of mint ice cream~
Okay, that should be about it. I’ll deliver his first, then come back for mine in a second.
Another silly smile appeared on my face as I grabbed the tray and started making my way back upstairs to the dragon.
I really hope he likes this. Delga said he wasn’t used to people being kind to him without having “goals” of their own.
I want to change that.
