This is Deshi he is the staff master of the Brazen Bull temple,not very much is known about his origin, the only confirmed facts is that he used to be a monk on some fighter temple, he got expelled due his vanity and incessant homosexual behavior,at some point in his life he was blessed by the immortal vampire blood and found his way to the Brazen Bull temple, a very fitting home for his lifestyle, where his stravagance is not just tolerated but encouraged.
