The youngest person to join the Rangers. While skilled with a shotgun, he never goes anywhere without his Colt .45 revolver. He has been known to butt heads with Dot City Police Chief Henry Adam, each thinking they're the best cop around. When he's not on the streets, he enjoys the rodeo with a great passion, often taking Wendy Chimes out for a country date. Heaven help the fool who attempts to do wrong to her.
