Go check out his adorable balloonie work!
Wind chimes danced amongst the gentle autumn breeze as they hung from the roof of a small building. Staring at the front of the building stood a Delphox, bearing her signature necklace of flame orbs and her wand-like branch in hand. Lilith breathed in deeply in a vain attempt to calm herself. She had never gone to a place such as this before and found herself far more nervous than ever before. All her fights, all her performances; yet her nerves had never felt this frayed. With eyes shut tight, she slid the paper door and entered the dojo, chimes dangling behind as the door slid shut once more.
Sunlight passed through the thin, almost translucent walls, bathing the room in a soft, mellow light. Candles dotted the walls with warm flames. The room smelled faintly of lavender. Everything combined to give the room a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. A small desk sat off to the side, out of Lilith’s view. Standing behind it was another Delphox. “Oh, a new visitor? I am Icari! Welcome to my dojo!” She stood up and walked over to Lilith, who looked dumbfounded upon seeing the owner.
Though the owner was also a Delphox, the two looked vastly different. Icari’s body appeared to be made of some glossy, rubbery material; the light reflected off her shiny hide. Though most of their species merely had fur that resembled a robe that covered their legs entirely, hers was a true robe, split in the middle and shorter than most, leaving her legs slightly revealed.
Icari held out her hand with a warm smile. “You’re the owner of this dojo?” Lilith replied curtly and returned the handshake. Icari’s arm made a soft, rubbery squeak as it jostled up and down. “Lilith, by the way.”
“A pleasure, Lilith! And indeed, I am!” Icari kept the same bubbly smile, despite Lilith’s almost combative nature. “I don’t have any classes scheduled for the rest of the day, so are you here for a private session?”
“Yeah…” Lilith sighed. “I’ve been having some issues with my temper lately.” Her mind wandered back to her friends and even her brother who had seen her during some of her worse episodes. “My doctor advised me to try meditation, at least so I won’t snap at someone close to me.”
“Mhm. Well I’m always happy to help calm someone down.” Icari nodded understandingly before giving a wide grin. “And you won’t find a better sensei for that. My mediflation techniques can put even a Primeape at ease!” She led Lilith to the center of the room, sat down on a mat, and crossed her legs; motioning for Lilith to do the same.
“Mediflation? What the hell is that? And speaking of which, what exactly are you? Not like any Delphox I’ve ever seen.” Lilith’s voice started to raise; the sneaking suspicion that this was a scam causing her temper to flare.
“I see what you mean by temper. Please, Lilith. Take a few deep breaths, and then I’ll explain.” She used a calm tone, hoping to soothe the fiery Pokemon. “With me. Inhale… exhale… inhale… exhale…” Icari did so as she spoke, taking deep breaths as well. Her black-furred belly puffed out and retracted slightly under her robe as she did. Lilith shut her eyes and followed suit, taking her instructions to heart. “In, out, in, out.” Lilith kept breathing, her mind soothing and temper subsiding. She sat down and crossed her legs, much to her instructor’s joy.
“Thank you. Feeling better?” Icari asked sweetly, to which Lilith nodded. “Good. I’ll start with who I am first: If it wasn’t apparent, I’m a balloonie Delphox.” She squeezed her arm with a loud, rubbery creak as the air inside was pushed elsewhere.
“Yeah, I figured. I’m pretty familiar with living balloons.” Lilith’s mind wandered again, muttering. “Been one a few times myself.”
“If I had to guess, you’ve been to the Balloon Area?” She nodded at Icari’s question. “A lovely place, that is. And perfect, that will make this even simpler. For your other question; the technique I specialize in is called ‘mediflation. It’s a calming, breathing method of relaxation and clearing one’s mind. It was originally taught for balloonies, but the methods and mindset work for everyone. Are you still interested?” Lilith nodded, though she worried what it would entail.
Icari placed a small incense burner between the two Delphox, calmly brandishing her own branch, just as squeaky as she. “I’m sure you could guess, but to teach this, you would have to be a balloonie like me. You said you’ve been one before, but I still must ask, would you be willing to become one to learn this? It’s completely safe and temporary, but I’d understand if—”
“No!” Lilith gritted her teeth. “I need to learn this! I can’t… I can’t hurt anyone close to me.” She looked away, an obvious tone of sadness in her voice. She looked at Icari’s warm, reassuring smile, a steel determination growing in her own. “I’ll do whatever it takes to learn to control myself. I’m ready.” Icari nodded as she brandished a rubbery branch; a small flame igniting at the tip.
She placed a rod of incense inside the burner and lit it. “Now Lilith, I need you to close your eyes and breath deeply.” The faint scent of latex filled the room as the incense burned. Lilith did as she was instructed, taking in the air. Almost immediately, she began to feel a strange sensation; an almost tingling feeling right in the tip of her muzzle. She kept her eyes shut but knew exactly what was happening. Her muzzle started to take on a soft, rubbery sheen as the transformation started. The tingling feeling spread throughout her entire head. Though she couldn’t see, her fur began to mat down and become smoother; the light of the candles reflecting off her squeaky head. Lilith began to feel slightly more relaxed as the strange, yet familiar sensation flowed through her body.
Icari watched her student transform with great interest. The rubbery shine quickly spread from her head down her neck and to the rest of her body. Lilith’s body took on the same latex-like texture that Icari was made of. Soft squeaks and creaks echoed into the empty dojo as the Delphox’s body transformed into that of a balloonie. Her now rubbery legs rubbed against each other, eliciting more squeaks. Her already puffy tail was the last part to transform and take on the signature reflective shine of a balloon; the air-filled tail swayed slightly with a few soft creaks.
“Please open your eyes, Lilith. Look upon yourself.” Icari kept her soft, reassuring voice, though she was secretly enamored by the beautiful balloonie Delphox. Lilith did as she was instructed. More loud squeaks came from her neck as she turned and looked over her new body. “How are you feeling?” Lilith had thought she would feel angry, like the other times she had become a living balloon. Yet this time, there was nothing like that.
“I feel… calm. Like I’m… empty? Hollow?” Lilith cautiously squeezed her arm feeling the rubbery skin sink in. The air inside moved away, her hand and upper arm slightly bloating outwards. Upon letting go, her hand shrunk and her arm reinflated back to its normal shape. Icari watched excitedly; eyes wide in awe as her pupil took to her new form.
“Perfect!” Icari couldn’t control herself and hugged Lilith tightly. Their balloonie bodies squeaked as they made contact. Lilith blushed at the embrace but found herself rather enjoying it. Icari snapped back to reality and broke off the hug, blushing deeply. “I’m sorry. You just look so cute as a balloonie ‘phox!”
“It’s fine.” Lilith shrugged.
“That hollow feeling, that’s the first part of mediflation. The second part is a special breathing exercise.” Icari sat back down on the floor, legs crossed. Lilith did the same and nodded. “Again, close your eyes this time, and just follow my instructions.” She shut her eyes, feeling much calmer than earlier. “
Now, inhale…” Lilith did so, taking in a deep breath. Her red, rubbery belly puffed outwards a little bit as she took in the air. “Inhale…” Icari continued instructing. Though confused, Lilith continued, breathing in more air. Again, her ‘robed’ belly bulged outwards, a small protrusion forming on her gut.
“Shouldn’t I exhale?” Lilith tried to question, to which Icari immediately shook her head.
“No! Don’t break your concentration! Now, inhale and just keep doing it.” Lilith kept breathing in at her sensei’s command. Her belly continued to inflate, growing rounder and larger. The bigger her belly blew up, the emptier Lilith felt. But it was a calming emptiness; she felt more at peace than ever before. With each breath, her gut blimped out further, slowly spilling into and pressing against her crossed legs with a loud rubber squeak.
Icari watched in delight as her pupil’s belly blew to the size of a basketball, even as she stopped instructing her. Eyeing Lilith’s growing gut, she felt a small tinge of desire as she saw her own flat belly, completely hidden by her robe. Just as she had instructed, she shut her eyes and began inhaling deeply. With each breath, Icari could feel her own belly starting to swell beneath her split, rubbery robe. As she inhaled, her robe started to split apart, revealing her black, rubbery belly. It was so soft and round, continuing to puff outwards. She placed her hands on it with a wide smile on her face, feeling the rubbery skin swell and stretch outwards, her hands compressing into it.
“Stop. Do you feel calmer? More in control of yourself?” Lilith nodded at the question, a serene smile on her face. An excited giggle hid behind Icari’s calm demeanor. She stood up and walked right in front of Lilith. “Good. Now, open your eyes.” What lay in her view was a large black orb not even and inch away from her face. She looked up and saw her sensei looking down with a wide grin. A loud, rubbery squeak rang out as Icari quickly leaned over and pressed Lilith’s face into her bloated basketball belly. She left her head there for a moment, taking in the soft, empty, puffy feeling of her sensei’s belly; she could feel her face blush. “Please stand up.”
Trying to hide her blush, Lilith stood, her red, watermelon-sized belly displaying itself prominently. She couldn’t help but rub it, accompanied by some more loud creaking. Icari, in a moment of pure passion, buried her face into the bloated belly, taking delight in just how big and soft she was. Lilith blushed again, though it was less of embarrassment and more of enjoyment. “I told you my mediflation technique was the best for keeping yourself calm. And it makes you look so cute! Don’t you feel better?”
“I feel… a lot better.” Lilith continued to rub her bloated gut. “I feel so empty, so relaxed.” Icari nodded and gave her a tight hug once more. In a heat of passion, Lilith pulled Icari’s head towards hers, their lips interlocking in a squeaky kiss. This time, it was Icari’s turn to blush. The balloonie Delphox stood still, both enjoying the passionate moment, their bloated bellies rubbing and squeaking against each other.
“Thank you, sensei.” Lilith broke off the kiss and bowed towards her fellow balloonie. “I feel much more in control of myself now.”
“You’re more than welcome. I’m always happy to teach. And for a pupil like you, my doors and arms are always open.” Before Lilith could turn to leave, Icari pulled her close. The anger Lilith usually felt had all but dissipated, leaving nothing but feelings of warmth and passion as the pair of balloonie Delphox kissed once more; a squeaky, loving embrace.
