not exactly. The perspective I used here is intentionally distorted (my reasoning behind why I call it distorted perspective :B) to give it a more surrealistic look.
Though, there is foreshortening involved, it's less of a term used to describe perspective and more of a term used to describe how perspective is dealt with when rendering.
