yes but for off site stuff? Thats like taking a piece of gum and getting arrested for it in another state because they felt like it.

OK. So people I know that post nude photos on different sites, constantly, deserve to be banned?

I feel banning people for off site activities is wrong and the admins responsible should be punished for their actions.

Look this is a free site I know and I shouldn't complain but this is silly and really bad. you should only be banned for onsite things with proof of the action. Not because of the whim of a power hungry tool with access to a ban hammer.

Yeah, seriously, even if there is Proof of Off-site actions, they still shouldn't be banned. :/ Other wise I have friends that should be banned. >_>
