This is the near complete background for one of my current commissions. I wanted to post it separately since I know not everyone is keen on the subject matter that happens to be in said commission.

The parts that look the most incomplete largely will be covered in the full commission by the characters.

This was started in Sai and then greatly worked over in Artrage 3 (which has impressed me with the level of improvement in the quality of the software over previous versions).
