Realised that I haven't updated my ID photo in almost 3 years.

Thought I'd fix that with a picture I took earlier today after I got a new cut.

Really happy with my current physique. Hard to believe I was 100kg/220lbs a year ago. Now I weigh at a good 79kg/174lbs. First time I've weighed under 80kg since I was about 14-15, which is about 9-10 years ago.

I feel a lot better since I've been full-on working out. My mental motivation is a better, my genetic physical issues don't flare up anywhere near what they used to. I haven't been able to move around well for a long time. It's great, it really is.
