Here's what you need to know about Dradan being at this celebration, he didn't exactly come here deliberately, he was just wondering around the jungle minding his own business when he was suddenly encountered and calmly escorted over to this place. Dradan rarely roars but he's practiced back then to show intimidation just in case so he was able to follow along with the other Charizards. Truth is about Dradan, he has no pride of his own kind especially since he was thought by his adoptive Arcanine family to treat everyone as equals whether strong or weak.
He's able to handle following along well all the way to the end.
