well, i felt like i needed another OC that could have a really unique desing and that i could use for all what i do here, and here is the result^^
meet Neon: an anthro dark latias with a very lumineous desing.
Noone really knows what happened to her, all we know is that fem Soul found her trapped into a lab and from that day she lives with fem Soul helping her in er jobs.
she is really kind and emotive: her lines change colousr following her emoctions after all.
she also have the ability to mind control and even posses people if she likes
