He was around the age of 12 when a local mage school sent him an offer to go there instead of the normal school, and being the eager child he was, he transferred and began to learn magic. After several years attending the school, he was old enough to practice in a form of magic not many mages are capable of, shapeshifting. Practicing and mastering this form of magic would allow the user to take on a different form, most of the time retaining their colors, for example, a purple and white anthro tiger would change into a purple and white feral tiger. He really enjoyed everything he was learning, but most of all, he really loved making new friends.
