I suppose he would need some relaxation after undergoing his trial but with Chief having shown how ticklish he is and even with Zotty's tail being gentle with the toe nibbles and the tongue with the licking I imagine it would still be rather ticklish and from Chief's expression it does look as though he could be finding that it tickles a little even if it is relaxing. I can just imagine though if Zotty had been participating in Chief's trial that he likely would have failed to endure given the type of tickle torture Zotty can dish out.
