An old gift art for strykeforce2005/StrykeHog featuring his character Voltina, a mobian-esque Raichu superheroine.

Always found her design to be cute and underused, which prompted me to do this picture for Stryke back then. It was my first attempt at replicating the good old anime Flurry of Blows thing, far from perfect but I still find it enjoyable. Maybe I'll give it a remake in the future.
