From the Pokeheroes setting, this is Christian Aureolus: A Fashion Designer and Guild-affiliated Beautifly Villain hailing from Sinnoh.

Joining the Heroes Guild to use it as a platform for his civilian career, Aureolus had a surprisingly modest but solid start in the Hero-Villain games as far as his Win/Lose ratio and performance rates go... Yet, thanks to his successful commissioned fashion works and services, he quickly found himself rising in popularity, to the point he soon became a popular member of the Guild itself.

Personality-wise, Aureolus is known for his passion for Fashion and art in general, keeping up a professional demeanor and code for most of his public appearances... As well as being a strict, often caustic critic, especially in costume where he lets his full coarseness and arrogance play out as a part of his character - as well as a tactic against his thin-skinned opponents. He's honest, coldly focused, analytical, displays quite a sense of self-control, and holds a strong sense and set of morals.

His single power lies in an ability he found during his teen years by accident: Deflation through the prickling of his proboscis. Consulting with specialized members of the Guild resulted in him finding that his ability comes from a magic property found in said part of his body, yet the reasons for its existence there are unknown. While said lack of knowledge in regards to the origins of his powers bother him somewhat, he ultimately continues to study and use it to full effect in his matches and self-defense.
