"why did I make her cockney?"
Because she was designed by Rareware, an English developer, and she speaks with an English accent. The Cockney accent is an iconically English accent.
"why did I draw Krystal in her Star fox command suit?"
Because, according to her, her old suit stretches better than her blue ones.

Because the answers are fairly simple to figure out. :P
