Putting drawing aside, there was something I wanted to do. So weeks ago I made Twilight-Roo model (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/32898811/), inspired by a drawing of Twilight Sparkle as a kangaroo by mailNer (it makes more sense in context…). But I wanted to do more, I hated to waste all that effort for nothing. But I didn’t want to be attached to mailNer or My Little Pony/Hasbro, so I repurposed the model to be an OC.

Since the base model is a pony/kangaroo, I thought about adding a few more animals to the mix. So I redid the mesh, made the character more bipedal, and redid the texture inspired by red foxes, with a little influence from maned wolves, which I don’t think turned out too bad. I gave the it antlers as well, because I’m a Frankenstein like that. I’m actually very mixed the antlers though, I do think they look rather cool and make the creature more, well, fantasy-like, but at the same time, there's something about them that I find irritating for some reason. I’m not sure if I’ll keep the wings either, though I think they turned out pretty cool.

Since it’s almost October, and the texture colors give me that Autumn vibe, I decided to make the character be Halloween inspired, tentatively named Eve. Taking inspiration from pumpkins/jack-o-lanterns, I gave her yellow eyes, and I wanted to give her a green strand of hair, but it looked rather meh, so I ended up with a mohawk (somehow...).

I’m actually tempted to have a bit more fun with the model, and make three more characters inspired by the seasons.
