So, for Christmas last year, I got a CSA* subscription from my loverly boyfriend. We visited the farm a LOT that year, picking our own produce, meeting chickens and lambs and sheep, and buying bees. (!) Since it ended in November, I have been too sad, missing all the cute aminals and clean living. C:

* Community Supported Agriculture is a program where you pay a local farm a fee to have their goods delivered to your door! It's great! You pay a flat fee, and sometimes have to work a couple of days on the farm, and get a certain percentage of the harvest. We had fresh blueberries, blackberries, fresh wildflowers, honey, lamb, beef, chickens, eggs, and even icky stuff like carrots and okra and sage.
