Inktober 2019 day 1 prompt: Ring
Did it on a whim so I'm not gonna promise I'll get a perfect month. But we'll see what happens!
If you look closely at Chingling, you can tell its body is hollow, and all metal, and the "tongue" is not attached to anything. It makes sense, it's just a ball that's there to let it ring. This Chingling misplaced their ball, and when they thought they found it... tricky Licky had seized the opportunity.

Wonder where the ball could have gone to. Maybe Tricky-Licky worked with some other Psychic Type to misplace it? Or it's like with Pokémon items and got taken off somehow (Chingling must have slept with a wide opened mouth perhaps).
Tricky-Licky got poor Chingling into quite the predicament. He cannot cry out for help and has his whole body stuffed with 🎈.
Neat illustration. Looks like those little dioramas that you get in a clear Poké Ball. Well done, Minish. Shiny would help his dude and get him outa trouble there. =3
