In celebration of October, I revamped Halloween a bit. I've always been pretty happy with his design, but after 8 years, it deserved a few tweaks. I'm not sure if I like how I colored Tourniquet, but they are supposed to look freaky, and that mottled red on green...looks pretty freaky. The lowered quality makes the color texture not look quite as good, but he's pretty cool regardless.
