Okay, let's formulate a plan. If we give Crowley a good poke with the waterblade, that'll give us some time to work on Gnorbert. Maybe Hypnosizzle would be appropriate here... he seems like a good candidate for Gender Bender, too. With Gnorbert happily on our side, we can tuck Crowley in the Monster Manual and have Gnorb bring some mecha pieces back to town.
Yeah, divide and conquer seems to be the best option here. We can't hypnosizzle Crowley with any effectiveness since he's drunk, so maybe separating the two, hypnosizzling Gnorbert first then double teaming the drunk Crowley might be best. There's also the possibility of spiking Crowley's booze with that potion of doge, and seeing how that plays out.
Crowley is drunk. This means that it might be possible to get him to take himself out. Lets see if we can make him incapacitate himself with the water blade. That would make it not our fault, or at least close enough for Gnorbert. Then we could hypnosizzle Gnorbert. I don't care if we use the monster manual or Gender Bender or not.
Help Gnorbert for a while, and get a little flirty. Imply you kinda fancy him, and when you catch his gaze Hypnosizzle him while whispering sweet nothings. If he mentions how we have nothing downstairs just say we can change that to his liking. Once properly Zonked ambush the drunk bird and stuff him in the book, then have our new boytoy (perhaps not to remain a boy, hehehe) cart back our salvage.

General consensus here seems to be Hypnosizzling Gnorbert, and I agree! But what's the fun in turning the Raven into a puddle?! Clearly Furballing him into a nice feral pet would be advantageous later on - after all, you can summon him from the Monster Manual later on and have him peck and claw an enemy's eyes out like that.
