I don't know Latin very well, but that seems close enough to be a decent play on it. :P
This was done by
Ovni as a sketch a long time ago. 
Shok colored it for me recently and did a little background for it too. Considering I'm a huge history nerd and a bit of a Romaphile; I loves it, and them for the drawing & coloring of it of course. <3 X3
The sword appears to be based off late Imperial Gladius (Latin for sword). The Helmet is a stylized variant of that worn by a Legatus or Roman General and the amror seems mostly based off the typical Legionary armor, known as Lorica Segmentata, with a few variations... I love the leafy protective skirt, looks fashionable AND effective. |3
