Awesome piece, I have a question, have you ever made a custom chapter?

Have I ... yes I did long ago though I never finalized a good color scheme for them and now years later I have come to find they just didn’t fit or work and I was upset them due to all the bull carp I had to deal with from older more entitled gamers harnessing me over them. Don’t know if I would work in em again as again I felt the colours needed a huge overhaul. Why do you ask?

Love the servo arm! Wasn't aware that was an option! That said, I'm a big fan of those Mechanicus axes! So, three silly questions.

I did warn people or um mentioned it in my description. :P now just imagine a whole army done up like this. I think people would have a restraining order for my sons of medusa army XD god that would be funny.

Ah questions I love questions let’s see. Well first off the servo arm isn’t an option as I mentioned at the very beginning of this little painting trail I wanted to convert my models and make them exciting and more themed then the limited options available in the codex, I would love it for the arm to be an option but it looks cool and fits the theme so I jacked it :P

1. Yes very much yes I love the comic and read the complete original run and I keep up with the new ones. Now that they have an official color scheme on the community page I plan to do one up!

2. No extreme no I don’t like angry marines. I have been harnessed by some of the “fans” way to much.

3.yes I do plan to do a custom chapter, when I reach 25 I plan to have a journal post for my viewers requesting you guys to pitch to me a chapter scheme and a small write up of their background and theme, as well as hopefully preferred weapon or combat style so I can use it as a base to make a mini. I get final say on who wins but I hope to get a number of ideas

3: Cool! I have ideas. Many many ideas.

...I'm a little tempted to dredge up a bunch of Exalted Champions of Chaos somehow and do something like this for the various Chaos Chapters... I wonder how annoying that would be...

Heheh do it! It’s quite fun to convert up unique models and paint them to all the forces out there hehe chaos has lots of options and styles I have considered doing some chaos as loyalists for this project mainly the big ones :3

Heheh that was what I was thinking while painting them and I also thought about painting a whole army like this XD hehehe. I have found the new iron hands book quite interesting so I m pondering :p

I love these guys, such a huge leap from the drab black and silver of the Iron Hands. You've done awesome with the paint and the conversion turned out really cool, also extra points for Volkite weapons, they need to make a come back!
