An American -- still working, I believe -- very much influenced by Arthur Rackham, Sidney Sime, and Franklin Booth, but with a much looser and more simplified style. He did a lot of illustration work throughout the 1970s for fantasy and science-fiction magazines, and for small-press editions of writers like Lord Dunsany.
I don't think so... :)
No, I just said that becasue here in Ohio they just passed a complete smoking ban everywhere inside a public place, and just outside.
Although I don't smoke anymore (yeah, I used to a little, but there was a lot I used to do...), it seemed a bit extreme to ban it *everywhere* but I understand people's feelings about not wanting to be near it, and a right to breathe clean air.
I'm more amused that I get a lot of smoking-realted comments whenever I post a picture of this particular character. What he smokes is actually quite a big part of his personality, it's not tobacco, it's more like a herb (not pot either). It's has kind of mystical properties, but you can't really tell that from a single picture. :)

Nah, I talk of the Utah clean air act, which dis-allows smoking within the same twenty five feet of entrances to public places, in all state parks, and a few other places.
THEN there is the local religios organization, which owns a chunk of downtown Salt Lake city and other streches of land, and they dont allow Smoking there either.
THEN THERE is the Oil refinerys and the field from which there product is harvested...
Then there is the Coal mines...
Then I add another line to make it seem like I am actualy about to say somethign relevant...
So you see, it is just safer not to smoke here, welcom to Utah, please extiguish all lit Tobaco products. Sorry.
And yer mice are cute. CUTE-N-FUZZY, and dangerouse.

Well, hey... it might not be Nino's fault at all! He might've escaped from one of those laboratories where they force mice to smoke to evaluate the effects of smoking. And now he's hooked. O_O
(Oh and btw the pic is beautiful. All your stuff is fraught with a gentle magic. ^_^)
