~~~UPDATE: Readjusted proportions and fixed the legs correctly looking as canine (or Lucario/Riolu default pokemon style)~~~

Now it is my perfect pretty Arthur x3 in both of his evolutions. I tried to mixed the original Lucario/Riolu looking with my own personal design, both more taller than usuall.
I saw that pokemon can be older without being evolve, like that elder Treecko.So Arthur is an adult pokemon even when i met him for first time being Riolu.

_BackStory of Arthur_
He born in a poke-village (Like those in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon), but he always were very curious.
Many years later he met a human, a researcher. Arthur felt curious so he decide to help him in his research and eventually he decide to go with that man to keep learning about it.

Through the years, Arthur growth leartn to read and write in the human language so he could read human books and comunicate with his master. Until one day, Arthur discovered that he could use telepathy to directly talk with humans.But his Master didn't like that, he got scare of his powers, so he told him to not use his mental habilities ever again because he could scare humans and the could hurt him for it.

Finally, Arthur became an adult being a little more taller than others Riolu, but he didn't evolve into Lucario because he couldn't have a good relationship with his Master. He was always too serious and cold, he only wanted Arthur to being a Lucario to use his aura powers into his proyect, but he never could make him evolve.
Then a night, some thieves entered to their mansion, to steal their researche. The thieves hurt the Master to death, and in his last moments, being with Arthur, he was full of hate of seeing how those men stole all his years of hard work. So, the Master give Arthur a last order. He was blaming Arthur for not being strong enough to defend him and his investigation, so he decided to confine Arthur in his pokeball forever.

Until i found his pokeball 3 years later~
