Unless I really had difficult understanding a concept, I would really never raise my hand in math class unless the teacher was looking for an answer that no one else was giving or didn't have. I'd always feel bad because I would feel so bored thinking that the questions others were asking were really simple and wondering what kind of high school did they go to for not knowing basic algebra.

Some people just like to draw attention to themselves and ask things they know the answer to...
