After graduating from the hero course, she was recruited for Endeavor's agency and worked there for a long time, working her way up and became close to the Todoroki family. She left after she found the out the full details of their family situation, being absolutely appalled. She then created her own agency, which gained traction quickly due to her work with Endeavor, U.A. and other high profile heroes.

Non canon shenanigans: Has a close relationship with all the Todoroki's, including Rei. And still harbors a crush on Endeavor, even with his past. (I'm just thirsty for Flame Daddy :'D)
