not bad for starters. the eyes stick out a bit too much due to sharp contrasts, but the rest looks lovely, and proper. hmm, leaves for clothes (or almost, I know dryads are connected to their specific tree), nice idea. :)
the hinted-at background looks good, enhancing the figure in the foreground.
