There is a festive atmosphere at the castle of the ruler of Valmeridia. As every year, in fact, the day has finally arrived to uncork the wine barrels, and see if the grapes harvested just a few months before turned into a pleasant nectar. Not that anyone has doubts about it, considering who has been entrusted with such a delicate task!
Sir Cordiale had in fact always been a very patient and knowledgeable hare when he was alive, and the fact that now he no longer needs to sleep allows him to devote himself even more to his passion, becoming in fact an even more capable and experienced winemaker.
Borgon and Silva keep in their hearts the memory of past harvests, and they consider the tasting of new wine as a kind of tradition, as well as the event that marks the end of the hot summer in favor of the colorful autumn.
After having prepared everything for the occasion, the three sits at the table, and it's the old ghost hare who does the honors, praising Bacchus to make that special day, like the previous ones, equally pleasant and unforgettable...Here in Italy is that time of the year when the must of the grape harvested in September begins to turn into wine.
Around here it is a custom to drink the new wine in company, perhaps while even eating some parmesan together, as our friends do in the last pic.
Bache, bene venies, from Carmina Burana, is perfect for such a solemn moment, and besides it's one of my favorite musical compositions!
By the way, this is my third collaboration with the always gentle and talented
hisseefit, and this time I have to say it: I love this gal ^^The way she works, her style, how she turns my sketches and scripts into these cute and adorable pics, the way she does lights and shades... She's so great!
