i absolutely hate how my scanner pulls the life out of any thing i color.. and the original oeice looks so good too.. Oh well guess i just need to keep workin on improving with GIMP.....

it might have helped if you had used a darker background so that the coloring of the fur would stand out better. though i really like the piccie ^^

yeah.. your right im terribly lazy when it comes to back grounds..especially when it comes to traditional works..plus i have a cheap old scanner but on the upside lol the original is gorgeous!

lol its so hard to tell here but it has a very vibrant pink and i even shaded it!!! which i never... eeevvveeeerrr do... if i hadnt used gel pen for a bit of the fur/hair texture you couldnt be able to tell it was colored at all...**throws her scanner out the window**
