I'm starting to keep pace again, and getting into more exciting stuff. Burger patties for vegetarians, cheese sauces, even stir-fry. It gets even more crazy when me and my partner try to add our own spins to the recipes. They don't always work out, but we usually get around 8 or 9 out of 10.
And, next week, for information sharing, I got to bring in a homemade, invisible cake. It's a thing! A cake made more from apples rather than cake batter. I'm still gonna add a twist though, I've seen the recipe and thought adding a layer of pineapple on top would be delicious... You know, given how my cook uniform is mostly white. I don't know if I'm a cook or a mad scientist...
