Been a while since we had a pokemon based on the design of a pokeball. Let's fix that shall we? Starting at the bottom:
Cateballer (bug)
Obviously a portmanteau of Caterpillar and ball. A Caterpillar that learned to camouflage itself by looking like a string of pokeballs. Partly drew inspiration for its design from the Wigglers in the Super mario franchise.
Greatalys (bug (level up cateballer)
The pupae state, said that how hard their shell is, it makes a cheap base for making pokeballs. Similar to how some silk from butterfly and moth larvae are used industrially.
It can evolve four ways, but I ran out of space to illustrate them here.
