She was ugly before, but I really wanted to convey that she’s not just ugly, she suffers actual deformities and health issues. This is due to pollution that Zareen Empire dumps into the water where she was born.

I know I meme about Sovereign being an evil bastard, but...dude’s anger towards Terrians is legitimate. Haggomah is living proof that Terrian governments don’t care about Aquarian life.
