Hey noodle what did you do today?
Well I woke up at 6:50 and headed to the living room, where I was able to rest on the couch until about 7:45 when we got grandpa up for the day. While there, I had a dream that a bunch of people showed up to work on our dock and they rode their bikes to the worksite and just parked them along the seawall. Grandma was worried about the bikes falling in and I told her that it was only like 3 feet deep along the wall so that even if the bikes fell in they could easily retrieve them. I then told grandma that i had that one song from wizard of oz stuck in my head (the house began to twitch, the witch began to glitch, etc.). She told me Judy Garland had such a beautiful voice. At one point grandpa tried to swing his feet off the bed and I had to put them back up and remind him that he cant walk. Grandma told him to put on the clothes she got him for his birthday last year since she was wearing the matching set. She turned on the ceiling fan and it caused the lights to strobe so much that it actually woke me up.
After getting him ready for the day, I went back to the bathroom and then returned to the living room around 10ish, where I took a nodl nap. I woke up at 1ish and got ready and headed out to the bank. I called mom and dad and they were eating ribs and going on the boat for a trip on the Seadoo. After, I deposited a couple checks and then headed to Pubix. Once there I picked up some groceries and grabbed a couple sushi rolls, and even tho I had 12 groceries, I went through the 10 items or less.
I went back to my car and ate, then returned home and spent time watching tubes in my room. I napped on and off throughout the afternoon, but ultimately wound up waking up fully around 5:30. I went to the living room around 6:10ish and spent time typing. We got grandpa ready around 6:50ish, then after I took a photo out by the dock area (It's coming along!), then went back inside and got grandpa his pudding for the evening. While doing so my jeep-frand called and I chatted with him for a bit about his planp-growing pursuits, then about the Amish near his house, and about the looming wedding! He did ask for a potential loan, and I told him 100% ye, I can help!
I hung up around 8:10 then headed to the living room to nebulize grandpa. I nebulized him at 8:18, then headed out to the theater to see 'Once Upon A Time In Hollywood'. I got a Grilled Chicken with Avocado sammich and curly fries and a pitcher of Sprite. While there this little plomp lady sat at the table beside me, and throughout the film we sorta chatted a little...I mean, I'm usually against movie theater talking, but holy shit, I was sooooooooo bored with this movie! I know where Quentin Tarantula was going with this one...It's a love letter to Hollywood from someone who lives in Hollywood, works in Hollywood, and idolizes Hollywood culture...
...But I'm not a Hollywood fanboi. To me, Hollywood is just a place that sometimes makes movies. There were some cool parts in the movie, and I liked the subversion of the Manson murders, but of the 2.5 hour movie, There was maybe like 20 minutes that was cool. Eh.
I headed out around 11:30 and returned home. I wound up staying up until about 2:30 because I am a naughty noodle.
I hope everyone has a Once Upon A Time in Hollywood kinda day! <333
