Hey noodle what did you do today?

Well I was super restless at night and had a dream I was letterboxing in a swamp, and had clues like “There are 5 white and 1 black” (referring to alligators, which in the dream world were mostly albino), and “The cathedral trees in the back”. It was peaceful, but it was restless as well. I woke up at 6:50 and went to the living room, where I was able to take a nodl nap. We got grandpa up around 7:30 and readied him for the day, and I gotta say his wound is looking way worse. We closed the blinds to give us more privacy from the workers outside...But when closing the ones facing the pool, I saw a gecko inside the house! He scurried down to the base of the door, and probably escaped back outside. Grandma didn't care too much about the gecko, and said she was only concerned if it was a bug.

Once we got grandpa ready for the morning I took a nodl nap around 9:30, but had trouble falling asleep because of my nose. I took an allegra and then around 10ish managed to nod off. I woke up at 1ish when Nurse-Dawn arrived, then I took some time and got ready and headed out and about at around 1:45. It was raining pretty hard and I was pretty happy about that!

I first went to Beale's Outlet, where I got a pair of pants and a pair of belts, since all of mine have gotten too smol. After finding a decently fitting pair, I headed to Pubix for some groceries and some sushi. I ate it in the parking lot, then headed home. Grandma said that Doctor Burt had swung by and was going to pop in on Wednesday, and that he wanted to see the wound then. Grandma also said that he confirmed the wound was a cancerous degradation. Ouch. >.o

I went back to my room and spent time doodling, then took a little time to do a bit of editing. At around 6:10 I went back to the living room, and grandma seemed on the verge of tears. She talked about grandpa's slipping health, and said that maybe tomorrow she'd head up to the funeral home to introduce herself and get am information packet. That was hard to hear, but I remained strong yet compassionate for her.

At 6:45 we got grandpa ready for the night, then around 7:30 I made a chicken sammich dinner with some pretzels. I nebulized grandpa at 8:03 and then cleaned the kitchen while eating a slice of carrot cake. After that I headed back to my room, where I did a little chatting and some typing while watching hero school anime. I wound up going to bed around 10:30ish because I was a super sleepy nodl!
