Hey noodle what did you do today?

Well I woke up at 9 when mum came int my room and roused me up. She and dad had arrived and were saying goodbye before heading out. I got up and brushed my teeth, then headed out to the kitchen and had a fritter, glazed donut, and a raspberry filled donut. I sat around and chatted with mum and dad and grandma and Paul and Charlotte and Eric for a bit. Mum and dad left around 10ish, and everyone else headed out around 10:45. Because I didn't sleep well (coughing!), I took a nap on the couch. I had a dream that the minecraft server I play on updated to 1.14 and had an oval shaped map. I hurried and tried to start my own base in a warm water area with lots of coral, and tried to find a sunken ship! Another part of the dream had me taking a minecart over a suspended and dangerous rail to a town atop some cliffs. It was some sort of Naruto town, and for lunch we were given 5 white lilies. We were allowed to either eat the lilies (they were nutritional), or go to the nearby Hawaiian stand at the town's entrance and trade each lily for a bowl of really good food.

I woke up around 12:30 and saw grandma writing thank you cards. I went to the bathroom and returned to the living room, where I took another nap. This one was much more restful, and I dun think I dreamt anything.

I woke up around 1:45 and grandma told me she had a check for me to carry me through to the end of my employment. Holy cow! 12K! I took it to the bank immediately (After putting a few letters in the mailbox), but the ATM was borked so I had to go inside while barefoot to deposit it...But no problems there! I returned home and changed over my laundry, then around 3ish grandma and I started chatting about what we wanted to eat. We decided to go out to eat, and ultimately settled on The Speak Easy. I drove her up there and when we arrived, she wanted to visit the travel agency she and grandpa used to use. She asked the receptionist, Linda, where Amwot (the old agency guy) was, but he was up north. I perused the agency's interior, and marveled at the pictures and paintings and statues and art that cluttered the place...Fantastic! <3

After, we climbed back down the stairs out front (grandma forcing herself to do so), and sat inside at the Speak Easy. I ordered a Pebis and she got a diet one, and we both had waters. She wanted some salmon and I had a Seafood Fra Diablo, which was a spicy pasta dish with shrimp, clams, and mussels inside...I had to separate the mussel and clam shells from the rest of the dish, which means it's super fancy! The spice was incredible and it built! <3

Eventually grandma paid (She wanted to give the tip directly to our waitress so she didn't hafta claim it on her taxes) and then I drove us back home. We got there around 5, then I headed back to my room and pretty much lazed for a while. I went out to the living room and we had some cookie dough ice cream, but while eating grandma got a call from her niece Roberta, who was just beside herself because her mum Audrey (grandma's sister) was getting worse. Grandma did her best to console her niece, and after hanging up said that she's just such a high-strung and panicky person.

I headed back to my room and just kinda lazed on my bed, doing not much of anything. I did watch Invader Zim, but other than that I was a lazy boy trying to recover from sunburn! I wound up staying up until about 2:30 doing not much of anything.
